Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. smsm.ph does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment service provider may impose their own charges for which smsm.ph bears no responsibility.
All funds deposited to smsm.ph must originate from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts registered in another person's name — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds pending investigation.
smsm.ph does not extend credit to players. You may only wager funds that are already present in your account balance. Deposits are final and non-refundable except in the circumstances explicitly described under these Terms or as required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, smsm.ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the smsm.ph platform, including losses arising from: platform downtime, technical failures, third-party payment provider errors, or decisions made by you in reliance on information published on smsm.ph.
smsm.ph's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that player's verified smsm.ph account at the time the claim arises.
smsm.ph makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use smsm.ph at your own risk.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines and, where applicable, the regulatory authority of PAGCOR.
Players are encouraged to raise disputes in the first instance through smsm.ph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support via live chat. smsm.ph will acknowledge disputes within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within ten (10) business days.
smsm.ph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address or via an in-platform notification prior to the effective date of the change. Continued use of smsm.ph following notification of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
